Cycling is fun!

Cycling is a great cardio exercise, and Milestone offers certified instructors to make sure you are cycling safely.

  • Shoelaces should be tucked into the shoes.
  • Please wear athletic or cycling shoes. We ask that you do not wear cleated cycling or running shoes.
  • Bike shorts are recommended, but not required.
  • We recommend you bring a towel and a water bottle.
  • Cleaning rags will be provided so that the participants can wipe down their own bikes.
  • We recommend no one on cycle unless there is a certified instructor present.
  • “First time” participants should plan to arrive 10 minutes prior to starting time, to be properly fitted to bike and instructed on safety issues.
  • We will continually evaluate class times and attendance and will make changes to allow all members an opportunity to cycle.
For your convenience, use the purple stairway to get to the cycling room. Please always walk in the correct direction on the track.
