The Wellness Center aquatic staff is happy to offer swimming lessons throughout the year. We teach the American Red Cross Learn-To-Swim program, which teaches aquatic and safety skills in a logical progression. The subjective of the program is to teach swimmers and to be safe in, on, and around the water. The program is made up of six levels.

Level I-Beginner
5:30 - 6 pm
Level II- Can submerge face in water
6-6:30 pm
Level III-Can swim 5 yards on front and back
6:30 - 7 pm
Level IV-VI-By appointment

Sundays
4-4:30 pm
Infant/Parent Swim Program (infants 6 months - 2 years) with parent. This class is a water adjustsment class to help your child prepare for the Jellyfish program. Parent/Guardian must be in the water with the child.
$55 members / $65 non-members

3:30 - 4 pm
Toddler/Parent Swim Program (Toddler 2 years- 4 years) with parent. This class reviews the Polliwog skills and begins working on Level I skills in the Learn-to-Swim Program. This class is for children who are not ready to take class without a parent in the water.
$55 members / $65 non-members
Each child must be pre-registered and paid-in-full prior to each session. All classes will be taught by a certified Red Cross Water Safety Instructor. Private lessons by appointment ~ $20 for 30 minutes. Swim lessons are taught at various times throughout the year. Please call for next session or for private lesson.
