guest policies

Members are encouraged to bring their friends to the Wellness Center. Guests must complete all necessary forms and present a picture I.D., which is required, when they check in at the Service Desk. The guest fee for local or out-of-town guests is $15. Weekly guest passes also are available to out-of-town guests at a cost of $40; guests will be required to present an out-of-town picture I.D. at the Service Desk when checking in. Each guest is allowed to visit the Center no more than two times during a month and no more than six times per year. Members are responsible for their guests at all times.

While we welcome members’ guests, we have established these guest fees and limited-visit guidelines out of respect for our members, who pay a membership fee and monthly dues to belong to the Center. We believe these guidelines will help ensure that the equipment and facility are reserved primarily for use by members who have an investment in the Center.
