Delight family and friends by sharing the health benefits of your membership to the Wellness Center and earn special "thank you" gifts for each referral who joins.

We invite you to invite an unlimited number of guests to each receive a three-day pass. Your guests can enjoy the entire facility, free of charge, and you are not required to be present during their visits. Each three-day pass is a $45 value, so think about who you know that would best benefit from this gift. Just provide us with your guests' information on the form below and a Membership Concierge will make an appointment with them to tour the facility. On their first visit we will issue their passes, courtesy of you.

Please note: We can make this offer only to guests who are over 15 years old and are residents of the metro Louisville area. They must use their three-day pass over the course of one week.
