Whether you want to achieve weight loss, improve posture, balance or increase strength, I believe this all starts with core strength.
When I train my clients, my primary focus is to strengthen the core. I follow the belief that a strong core leads to safe and more effective workouts, leading to better posture, balance and overall functional movement. Consistent and effective workouts are the key components of a healthy mind and body. With a combination of classical strength training, cardiovascular interval training and Pilates, my goal is to structure a plan to help you obtain your goals, as well as teach long-term habits to help you become a self-sustaining healthy human.
