Cari Thomas is a former professional ballet dancer turned Pilates Instructor who is passionate about the form of Pilates and bringing it into everyday life. Through Pilates Cari knows that all people young, old, in shape or getting in shape can benefit from the full body workout and focus Pilates provides without stress to the joints. Pilates also promotes balanced muscle growth, increased flexibility and range of motion in joints, creating long lean muscles with a strong core.
Cari’s love for Pilates comes from her motivation to help others achieve their goals. She enjoys individualizing workouts so that each person gets the best workout for their body. Our bodies change from day to day and we need to adapt and challenge the body in a way to make success for our present and future health.

To have purpose and a balance in life will make one work smart with purpose and enjoy more of life compared to only working hard without purpose and missing life. Cari believes in working hard yes but working smart, working hard but no pain. Cari’s passion for Pilates is the very balance of mind and body that Pilates gives you. In 2003 Cari lost her husband inIraqand in 2007 she found Pilates. From the first class she was hooked. Over the years with Pilates and balancing the rest of life, she has found a new passion that helped her move to be a person again through mind and body. By making her body healthy and making her mind more focused, it’s made her a person who wants to share the balance that Pilates brings to a workout and life.
