Philosophy:

Personal Training is not just conditioning of the body, it also involves conditioning of the mind and spirit. Complete wellness is not only an outside job but an inside one as well. Whether your personal goals are to lose 20 pounds or regain strength after an injury, I will not only help you reach your fitness goals, but will challenge you to be determined in all areas of life. I enjoy working with people who are ready to embrace change and take control of their health and wellness. Change is difficult, but with a trainer as an accountable partner on your team, success and achievement can be attained.
