As a personal trainer with over 10 years of experience in the fitness industry, I am motivated to develop unique and personalized fitness programs to meet a variety of different lifestyles. Making health changes is not easy and working with clients to develop attainable goals that produce results takes collaboration and commitment. I am committed to working with all populations of people and look forward to being a part of the transformation that exercise and fitness provides!
In my experiences, I have specialized working with all populations such as; MS, diabetes, weight loss, post rehabilitation, joint replacement, and specific strength and flexibility training.
