Bryan Kirk

Bryan Kirk started taking Persoanl Trainer, Robb Beyer’s Kempo Karate Class in 2008.  His first goal was to lose weight and increase his activity level.  Since starting Kempo, Bryan has lost 30 pounds!

 Weight loss is not the only achievement Bryan has earned.  He has also earned the confidence that comes with learning a new skill.  As Bryan’s skills at Kempo increased, his enthusiasm for overall fitness increased, as well.  Now, due to his enthusiasm for exercise, Bryantrains with Robb 3 times a week just doing Kempo Karate plus an additional 2 training sessions a week for general fitness!  He also burns a total of 3,500 calories a week doing cardiovascular exercise.
