who should try pilates?
The Pilates Method creates long, lean, strong muscles as opposed to increasing size or bulk. This form of exercise has been very successful for multiple sclerosis patients, individuals rehabilitating from a joint injury or joint replacement, de-conditioned individuals, swimmers, tri-athletes and aerobic exercise enthusiasts.
