Pistachio Pudding
 5 oz. cold water
1 packet HMR® 70+ vanilla pudding
1 T sugar free, fat free pistachio JELL-O
 Pour water, pudding and JELL-O into bowl and stir until smooth. Enjoy!
 
Peppermint Patty Smoothie
 1 can (12 oz) cold diet chocolate soda
1 pk HMR® 70+ OR 1 scoop 120 Chocolate Shake
¼ t peppermint extract
4-6 ice cubes
 Pour soda, supplement, and extract into a blender and mix until smooth. Add ice cubes, one at a time, until thoroughly blended. Enjoy!
 
Hot Apple Cider Shake
 1 packet HMR® 70+ Vanilla Shake
6-8 fluid ounces of water
1 packet of sugar-free instant apple cider drink mix (16 calories)
Cinnamon and /or apple pie spice to taste
 Combine shake mix, apple cider mix, and spices. Add to hot water and mix well.
 OR
 Put hot water in blender, add shake mix, apple cider mix and spices. Blend well.
 
Pumpkin Pie Filling
 ¼ cup + 2 T cold water
1 packet HMR® 70+ Vanilla Shake
1 T sugar-free butterscotch pudding
¼ t pumpkin pie spice
 Pour 70+ powder into bowl
Add ¼ cup water and stir
Add pudding, spice and 2 T of water
Stir to desired consistency
 Topping:
In a bowl, combine ¼ cup cold water with one packet HMR 70+ Vanilla Shake; stir to desired consistency. It will be thick!
 
Cranberry Salad
 ½ bag cranberries
1 orange
3 sweet-n-low packets (+/- to taste)
1 medium red apple
Cranberry Jell-O, fat free
 In a sauce pan, squeeze juice of ½ orange; add sweetener and cranberries. Cook mixture for about 10 minutes on medium heat (or until cranberries are cooked). Stir in 3 tablespoons of cranberry Jell-O. Remove from heat and cool. When cooled, add cut apple and balance of orange with zest of ½ orange. Chill and serve.
 
Green Beans
 Fresh Green Beans
¼ Onion, diced
½ Red pepper, diced
¼ cup Water Chestnuts
¼ tablespoon Italian Seasoning
 Cook green beans in water only. Lightly spray skillet with butter flavored PAM and sauté ¼ onion and ½ red pepper. Cook until tender, add green beans, water chestnuts, add Italian seasoning, salt & pepper to taste and toss.
 
Corn Pudding
 2 cans corn, drained
2 Tbsp Smart-squeeze butter
1/8 tsp Nutmeg
2 packets sweet-n-low (+/- to taste)
Salt & pepper as desired
 In a food processor, puree ½ cup corn. Mix pureed corn with remaining ingredients. Lightly spray a casserole dish with butter-flavored PAM and fill with corn mixture. Set filled-casserole dish in a larger casserole dish and fill outer dish with water until ½-way up edge. Cook @ 375 for 12-15 minutes.
 
Sweet Potato Casserole
 3 medium sweet potatoes
½ Cup crushed pineapple (reserve liquid)
2 Tbsp Smart-squeeze butter
1/8 tsp Nutmeg
1/8 tsp cinnamon
2 sweet-n-low packets (+/- to taste)
 Bake or microwave potatoes, remove skins and mash. In a mixing bowl, mix potatoes with remaining ingredients. If potato mixture is dry, slowly stir in juice from pineapple. Place in casserole dish, sprinkle cinnamon over top and bake @ 375 for 12-15 minutes. Broil on medium for 2 minutes to brown.

 Makes 4 servings
1 Benefit bar, cut into 4 pieces
70+ Vanilla pudding
70+ Chocolate pudding
1 Tbsp Butterscotch pudding, fat-free/sugar-free
Strawberries
Bananas
Blueberries
4 champagne or parfait flutes
 Mix vanilla pudding according to directions. Set aside 3 tablespoons for later. Stir 1Tbsp of butterscotch pudding powder into remaining vanilla pudding, may need a bit more water for right consistency. In a separate bowl, mix chocolate pudding according to directions.
 Layer in each champagne flute: chocolate pudding (bottom layer), mixture of fruit, butterscotch pudding, mixture of fruit, chocolate pudding, mixture of fruit, top with a dollop of vanilla pudding and a square of benefit bar.
 
Fruity Fizz Summer Smoothie
 calories 300  fruit servings 2
1 cup diet grapefruit soda (use instead of water)
1 scoop HMR 120 Vanilla
1 banana cut into chunks
1 cup frozen mixed berries (unsweetened strawberries, raspberries and or/blueberries)
 Pour soda into blender and begin mixing on low.
While blender is on, add shake mix. Blend about 10 seconds.
Add fruit. Add several ice cubes, one at a time.
Blend on high for 30 seconds. Enjoy!

1 Turkey Chili Entrée
1 Soybean Chili Entrée
1 Five-bean Casserole Entrée
1/2 cup onions
1 cup diced green peppers
1 cup sliced mushrooms
1 cup chopped zucchini
1 cup corn
1 15 oz can diced tomatoes
A pinch of: garlic powder, cilantro, oregano, coriander, fennel, cumin, salt and pepper; optional spices: cardamom and allspice
 In a large saucepan, bring diced tomatoes to a simmer. Add mushrooms, zucchini, onions and peppers. Cook over medium heat until soft. Add corn and the three entrees, stirring until heated through. Add seasonings to taste.
