The Baptist East Spine and Sport Therapy (BESST) clinic and staff are an extension of Baptist Hospital East and offer the same level of service you've come to expect. For patients recovering from an injury, illness or limited by daily aches and pains, the Wellness Center's on-site physical therapy clinic offers treatment of muscle, bone and joint-related problems. The BESST physical therapists can evaluate and treat specific problems, develop a comprehensive rehab program and provide education on ways to prevent re-injury and disease management.

BESST services are available to assist with:

Sports-related injuries • Back and neck pain • TMJ dysfunction
Shoulder and rotator cuff problems • Elbow, wrist and hand injuries
Knee ligament and cartilage injuries • Foot and ankle injuries
Arthritis, fibromyalgia and osteoporosis • Sciatica

special offer for BESST participants
To further our goal of health, fitness and injury prevention, you'll receive a special offer upon completion of the Spine and Sport Therapy program. You'll be eligible for a transitional three-month membership to the Wellness Center at a discounted rate. For those choosing to become a member of the Wellness Center during this three-month period, the $195 enrollment fee is waived. Physician referral is required for all BESST services.
