Consistency is key when making a commitment to improve your overall health and well being. It does take discipline, hard work, and dedication, but the benefits will definitely outweigh the cost. My goal as a trainer is to lead you in achieving an adherence to exercise and to avoid exercise boredom and burnout. I believe exercise is for everyone despite any disabilities. It is important to focus on your abilities and self-efficacy (the confidence in performing a specific behavior). An appreciation for the quality of life can be experienced when the mind, body, and soul are taken care of as intended.
