Philosophy

Living a healthy, active lifestyle will positively affect you in many ways, including reduced stress levels and risk of heart disease, improving body image and adding quality years to your life. As your personal trainer, I will listen to your goals (e.g., weight loss, toning up, recovering from an injury or training for a specific sport or event) and give you tools and guidance for success as you begin your journey to health. Not only will I design your individualized exercise program, but I’ll be by your side to motivate and educate you. Because exercise should be fun, I will strive to make your sessions enjoyable and effective.
