Philosophy
Long-term success comes from implementing a combination of correct principles in the three key areas of strength training, cardiovascular training, and nutrition. I am committed to helping people develop lifelong habits that fit their lifestyle in each of these areas based on their goals and age. Sweat and hard work with the guidance of a good trainer are the elements necessary to reaching one’s fitness and functional goals. I look forward to helping you become a healthier, happier, and fitter you!

Training Specialties

Using my dietetics degree I incorporate nutritional advice, goal setting, and intensity into my sessions with clients in order to achieve maximum results.

Accomplishments

• I have recently trained with Stephanie, a female jockey, and within nine weeks decreased her body fat percentage by 5 percent, helped her lose over five pounds of body fat, and gain five pounds of muscle.

• I worked with Clayton, who is in his 50’s, and has lost over 50 pounds of body fat in the last six to nine months.

• After years of video games and overeating, Aaron began weightlifting and eating right as I trained with him and has dropped his weight from around 270 to under 200 pounds.
