For weight management, the Wellness Center offers Healthy Solutions®, a supervised program of HMR® (Health Management Resources) which supports individuals' weight-loss commitment with lifestyle-related plans and exceptional-tasting foods.

Great food is part of the Healthy Solutions® Weight Management program, and the delicious shakes, entrees, soups and snack bars are loaded with essential proteins, vitamins and minerals.
