Resistance training builds strength and muscle and is the perfect complement to a regular aerobic workout. The Center is furnished with state-of-the-art machines, all calibrated with optional weight and position settings to help you build strength without incurring injury. New members receive instruction and recommendations from our Fitness Staff on using all resistive equipment.
