**"This program is amazing!"

**" I've been on so many diet plans and thought I'd live the rest of my life being miserable. I've even lost in my thighs which was one of my problem areas. I've lost a total of 22.5" all over at the last measurements in June 2018 - 6" chest, 5" waist, 6" hips, 1.5 upper arms, 3" thighs and 1" neck. I've lost 40+ pounds but would love to lose 5 more to hopefully get off my cholesterol med. The last few are the hardest. I could never thank the coaches and staff so much for helping me get through the past couple years. And so thankful to my sweetie for suggesting we start this. Love you guys."
