Eligibility

The New Year, New You 2020 Fitness Challenge is open to both members and non-members.

How do I sign up?

You can sign up for the New Year, New You Fitness Challenge beginning Friday, December 20th at the Milestone service desk. 

The last day to sign up will be Friday, January 24th.

How do I track my progress?

Milestone will provide binders located in the lobby to help you track your workouts throughout the 6-week challenge.

T-shirt Eligibility

All participants are required to log and complete 2.5 hours of exercise ALL 6 weeks to earn a program T-shirt.

Important Challenge Dates

Sign ups begin: Friday, December 20th
Program Start Date: Monday, January 20th
New Year, New You Kick-Off Seminar: Saturday, January 18th
Initial Weigh In: January 20th - January 24th
Mid-point Weigh In: Wednesday, February 5th between 6AM & 8PM
Final Weigh In: February 24th - February 28th

Interested in exercising but not sure where to start?

The American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM) recommends at least 150 minutes each week of Cardiovascular exercise and 2-3 sessions incorporating weight training, flexibility, & functional exercises 

  • Want to improve your cardio, strength, or flexibility?  Try one of more than 270 Group Fitness classes weekly! 
  • Want an individualized program specific to your training goals? Meet with one of our Nationally Certified Personal Trainers! 
  • Not a member? All new Milestone members receive a FREE Fitness Coaching session and two FREE Personal Training sessions. Learn more about membership here.

How much does it cost?

This 6-week fitness challenge is $20 for current Milestone members and $149 for non-members.

Any non-member participating in the Fitness Challenge who decides to join by January 31st, your challenge fee will be applied towards an annual membership. Interested in membership? Learn more about our current special offers here.
