My goal is to help others make the connection between mental and physical wellness, so they can achieve long-term capability and enjoyment of their bodies. 

If the term “mindful wellness” comes to mind, GREAT! I believe that how we treat our bodies today, greatly impacts our physical and mental states in the years to come. Our short-term goals may vary greatly from one another, but our long-term goals should be very similar - physical independence.
