As an extension of Baptist Health Louisville, our on-site physical therapy clinic offers the same level of service you’ve come to expect from Baptist Health—with qualified, experienced therapists and a wide range of available treatments, including aquatic therapy.

A partnership with your physician

Physician referral is required for all physical therapy services. Throughout your physical therapy, clinic staff will ensure that your physician is kept up-to-date on your progress. 

The clinic has convenient hours Monday through Friday to accommodate your busy schedule, and we accept most insurance plans, as well as Medicare.
