Refer a Member ~ Share the Health Program

Delight your family and friends by sharing the health benefits of your Milestone membership, and earn special thank-you gifts for each referral who joins.

As a member, you can invite an unlimited number of guests to receive a three-day pass. Your guests can enjoy the entire facility, free of charge, and you are not required to be present during their visits.

Each three-day pass is a $45 value, so think about who you know that would best benefit from this gift. Just provide us with your guests’ information on the form below and a Membership Concierge will make an appointment with them to tour the facility. On their first visit we will issue their passes, courtesy of you.

 

Please note: We can make this offer only to guests who are over 15 years old and are residents of the metro Louisville area. They must use their three-day pass over the course of one week.
