Mary Riney
Exercise is a celebration of what your body can do.
As a competitive athlete through my college years and someone who has explored many areas of the medical field, I believe health and wellness must begin with physical activity and healthy eating. While teaching my clients how to incorporate these types of decisions in their busy, day-to-day lives in fun and exciting ways, I want to help them set and achieve goals in order to see results, learn about their bodies amazing abilities, build a stronger sense of self confidence and develop an interest in being consistently active. I believe this journey is important for all people, regardless of age, weight, or background, and am ready to make sure it is an enjoyable experience.
