Andrew Crowe
First and foremost, I love what I do. I have a sincere enthusiasm for teaching others how to achieve their goals through fitness. I enjoy exposing the potential in my clients and watching their appetite for success grow.
My experiences have given me the ability to empathize with a broad range of clients and progress them appropriately for their goals. I graduated high school in 2004 and joined the Marine Corps as a rifleman. I became a scout within the 2nd Light Armored Reconnaissance battalion and I deployed with the 24th MEU in 2006 and supported in the evacuation of Americans from Lebanon during that July. I deployed again with the 24th MEU in 2008 in support of OEF and fought in operation “Azada Wosa” also known as “The Battle of Garmsir.”
During my time in the military, I accumulated wear and tear on my body that gave me a great deal of chronic pain. Within a year of leaving the service I had gained nearly 90 lbs and lost much of my athleticism. In 2010 I began a combination of wellness therapies that reduced my pain to a manageable level. I began to exercise and study fitness and nutrition while in college. Within 6 months I dropped 70 lbs using a progressive program that I developed independently. Now, I have a passion for helping others achieve the same progress.
