I started personal training because I saw how health and fitness changed my life both physically AND mentally and I wanted to share that knowledge and teach it to as many people as possible. My passion is to help my clients, with the right tools, exceed their expectations of what they thought was possible with their health and fitness goals.
Over the years I have worked with many different groups of people including both men and women ranging from 13-75 years old. I specialize in body recomposition, general weight loss/health, and strength training and can develop a program that’s specifically tailored to you, your goals, and your needs. You will also learn how to perform each exercise in the correct form and how to target each muscle group that you are trying to work. Whether you want to gain some strength/muscle, lose that stubborn body fat, or just want to lose weight and learn to live a healthier lifestyle and be a healthier version of YOU, this program is exactly what you need!
