Bryant Lipp
One of my favorite things about being a personal trainer is the satisfaction of helping my clients achieve and excel beyond their goals. Whether it be weight loss, gaining muscle, toning, or improving core stability.
As a certified strength and conditioning specialist, I have worked with a variety of high school and collegiate athletes both on the court and in the rehab setting. I have also worked with clients who deal with prolapse and require pelvic floor strengthening. With every client I work with, I like to make sure the workouts are both fun and effective in getting you closer to the goals you wish to achieve.
