Training Specialties/Experience:

  • Completed over 15 KY Derby Mini Marathons 
  • Completed 2 Marathons
  • Multiple 10ks & Duathalons, placing in my age group
  • Group Exercise Instructor, 30+ years. Classes include Strength, Cycling, Stretch, Pilates, Walk Tall (osteo), Tabata, Boot Camp, Aqua, Body Wellness. 
  • Personal Training with individuals from 25-85 years of age to achieve their particular fitness goals.
