    Working with individuals from 25-85 years of age to achieve their particular fitness goals.  

  • Barre Above Certification 

  • Certified BLS Instructor

  • CPR/AED Heartsaver

Race Background:

  • Completed over 15 KY Derby Mini Marathons 
  • Completed 2 Marathons
  • Multiple 10ks & Duathalons, placing in my age group
