As your personal trainer, I will teach you the correct form and skills necessary to accomplish your personal fitness goals. My experience as a former educator gives me a unique skill set that includes goal setting, individualizing instruction, and measuring effectiveness by collecting pre-and post-workout data and, if necessary, adjusting, modifying, or changing the workout program to help you overcome any obstacle or barrier that is in your way.
