Pam Washburn
My personal training philosophy is to be an educator to allow future
independence in a client's life long fitness journey.
After listening to someone's goals, I don't just tell them what to do. I explain why and am very observant and hands on correcting poor posture and movements immediately to develop good habits. It's important to go at the appropriate pace considering ability so as to "do no harm". I'm also a firm believer in cross training and will help someone find what type of exercise and movement they enjoy to allow consistency and success.
