Reformer Pilates – Now Offering Drop-In Classes

Looking for a quick but powerful workout you can fit into your busy hospital schedule? Our new Drop-In Reformer Pilates classes are officially here — and they’re designed with YOU in mind. Whether you're ending a long work day, squeezing in movement on your lunch break, or looking to build strength without high-impact stress, reformer Pilates delivers an efficient, full-body workout in just 30 minutes.

Why Reformer Pilates?

Unlike traditional mat Pilates, the reformer uses spring resistance to:

  • Strengthen and tone muscles
  • Improve posture (hello, long shifts on your feet!)
  • Build core stability
  • Support joint health
  • Reduce back and neck tension

Easy 30-Minute Drop-In Schedule

No long commitment required — simply sign up and show up.

Tuesdays

  • 5:00–5:30 PM
  • 5:30–6:00 PM
  • 6:00–6:30 PM

Thursdays

  • 1:00–1:30 PM
  • 5:00–5:30 PM
  • 5:30–6:00 PM

Fridays

  • 12:00–12:30 PM
