Outdoor ExerciseThe weather is warming up, and our bodies are craving some vitamin D. The sunshine boosts our adrenaline and motivates us to get moving outdoors. Walking, jogging, hiking, and biking are all great ways to experience the warmer weather and take in different scenery. It is time to put your cell phone down, step outside of your office walls, and explore nature. Take a walk in your neighborhood with friends or family. Release endorphins and stress.

Hike trails in Jefferson Memorial Forest, Tom Sawyer, and The Parklands. Walk across the Walking Bridge downtown or take a stroll around Seneca Park. Relaxing your mind, engaging your muscles, and stepping outside, will brighten your mood and put a little spring back into your step.

Brighten up your food intake daily. Eat a variety of colors. Pomegranates aid in digestion, are rich in antioxidants and can be effective in preventing prostate, breast, lung, and colon cancers. Take care of your insides and you will glow on the outside radiating positive energy and happiness.
